Rock, very much alive

It seems to me that these words are a great start to the topic of “Rock”. Moreover, rock is considered a youth culture because … No! Let it be one of the problems. Taking up the theme of “Rock Culture”, I am in no way trying to ease my task. Probably, even I complicate it. Rock music is such a controversial art direction that it is very difficult to choose
correct point of consideration. I have limited the topic a bit, as I do not consider it possible
consider all variations and directions of rock.
Unfortunately for a long time we were deprived
any information about the legislators of rock. All my information is based on an archive of translated foreign journals, as well as on the amount
Soviet (Russian) magazine and newspaper articles, records that I have accumulated over the years
which i seriously fond of rock.
I would also immediately like to make a reservation that any
the field of human activity is not devoid of “dill”, so the general phrases that follow
should not be distributed to all performers (fans) of rock music.

A LITTLE FROM THE HISTORY OF “FIRST VIOLIN” IN A ROCK GROUP.
I would like to start with a little excursion into the past. How, why did a new style of music come about, how did it all start?
It all started with the fact that in 1920
Soviet engineer L. Tremen invents a new musical instrument, the Tremvox. He was
arranged as follows: the pitch was changed by approaching the antenna or removing the performer’s hand from it. The desire to use electricity in music prompted inventors
invent unusual instruments with fancy names – emriton, trautonium, violen. AT
the thirties, the first electric guitars appeared. But with a modern electric guitar, they have nothing in common,
perhaps nothing but a belt on which she hangs herself. Yes, and electric instruments
it was difficult to name. Just because of the urge to somehow single out the guitar in the orchestra, to make its sound louder, a sound pickup was attached to the acoustic guitar. But this did not bring the guitar to the place of the leader in the orchestra, which they wanted to achieve. The sound became louder, but the essence of the guitar (accompaniment) remained. It was later discovered that by processing the sound to the amplifier, an incredible result can be achieved. Then the electric guitar was born, which eventually acquired a solid body and a lot of electronics in addition. Subsequently, it was the guitar that became the first violin of the rock ensemble, however, recently the bass guitar, which had previously performed only the accompaniment function in the group, acquires such solo parts that it can be ranked as a leader in the group.
“THE BEATLES”. ORIGINS OF ROCK?
About “THE BEATLES” written so much that new discoveries in this area can not be done. Many consider the 4 Liverpool guys to be the founders of the rock style. Is it so? – It is hard to say. Probably so. Although it seems to me that “THE BEATLES” gave impetus to the development of style, which was later called “soft rock” and which later developed into the so-called “pop music”. One of the features of “THE BEATLES”, which allowed me to rank them as “pop music fans”, is the relative simplicity of their music and lyrics, although this is more likely a consequence of the needs of young people than the lack of abilities of musicians. The young people were tired of the difficulties of life, they wanted something easy and easy to understand. There is no denying the contribution to the development
youth music “THE BEATLES” made a huge. Of course, they gave the spiritual foundation of rock,
prepared for him an audience of listeners, but they could not establish rock in terms of music. A lot is said for “THE BEATLES” by Bob Dylan, one of the creators of the folk-rock style:
“They did something that was impossible, something that could not be possible … I told myself: now everything will be wrong; I was shocked. And I could not believe that I hadn’t seen BEATLES a few hours ago .. . ”
HARD-ROCK (Help from the Encyclopedia).
Hard rock. Literally: hard or hard rock. The concept is so comprehensive that many do not see the difference between rock music itself and this, one of its most massive and popular offshoots.
Sharpness in rock music was always enough – the first rock and rolls were precisely why they annoyed listeners who were accustomed to the streamlined, smooth transfer of musical ideas. Hard rock, the “ghost” of which has been vital in pop-group compositions since the first half of the 60s, for the first time took a relatively clear form in the music of such groups as “THE M15” and “CREAM” (although it is impossible to determine rushed in the air, elements of hard rock appeared in the music “THE BEATLES”, “THE ROLLING STONES”, “YARDBIRDS”).
Compositions in the style of “hard rock” cause a subjective feeling of gravity, achieved by
highlighting the rhythm section to the forefront, which requires musicians to master their own virtuoso
tools. In hard rock, in addition to the “convexity” of the rhythm section, all the instruments included in it
directly connected with the melodic leader – guitarist, so there can not be
separate improvisation of one instrument.
